The Elena Obraztsova International Vocal Mastery Workshop
From 25 May to 31 May, 2020
From 25 May to 31 May, The Elena Obraztsova International Vocal Mastery Workshop will be held once again in Moscow.
Due to the world’s current epidemiological situation, the Workshop will be held online this time.
The Kultura.rf web portal, the Foundation’s YouTube channel and the Facebook page will host live broadcasts.
Everyone interested, whose life and professional activities are connected with opera and theatre, is invited to participate in the Workshop.
Throughout her life, Elena Obraztsova gave master classes across the world, and The Elena Obraztsova International Vocal Mastery Workshop has taken place regularly in St. Petersburg and Moscow since 2005. Its mission is to improve the skills of young singers and to ensure sharing of working experience between vocal teachers, singers, accompanists and theatre figures.
This time, in view of the online format’s characteristic features, more lessons will concern a comprehensive approach to the opera singer profession rather than the intricacies of singing. The lessons will include meet-the-celebrity events featuring a stage director, a conductor, vocal teachers, opera singers and music critics.
